Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Every order adds a flat $5.99 US shipping charge, and sales tax if applicable; both are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Orders

You’ll get an email receipt from Stripe after checkout. If we can’t fill an order (for example, a material is unavailable), we’ll contact you and offer a different option or a full refund. We may cancel and fully refund orders that appear fraudulent.

Custom and personalized orders

For personalized items, email us the name, number, team text, and colors after checkout. We confirm the details with you before printing. Please check spelling carefully — personalized items are made to your instructions. Don’t ask us to reproduce logos or artwork you don’t have the right to use.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

We ship to US addresses only. See our Shipping policy for costs and timing and our Returns & Refunds policy for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

About our products

• Products are 3D-printed to order, so small variations in color, texture, and layer lines are normal. Colors may look slightly different on screens.
• The vial travel case is a storage and organization case only. It is not a medical device, is not insulated or temperature-controlled, and makes no health claims. Store any medication as your pharmacist or the product label directs.
• Our ATV accessories are aftermarket parts designed and made by Custom 3D TX. They are not made, authorized, or endorsed by Polaris Inc. or any vehicle maker. Polaris® and Sportsman® are trademarks of Polaris Inc., used only to describe fit. Install them securely, check them before riding, and don’t let them distract you while operating a vehicle.
• Earrings, keychains, and bag tags contain small parts and aren’t intended for young children.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; the terms in effect when you order apply to that order.
