Return window

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. The 14 days start on the day your package is delivered, not the day you ordered.

What can be returned

• Change of mind: unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item: always covered. Email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping.
• Personalized items (custom names, numbers, team text, or custom colors made just for you) are final sale and can’t be returned for change of mind. They are still covered if they arrive damaged or defective, or if we made a mistake on your order.

How to start a return

1. Email info@custom3dtx.com (or call 214-949-5579) within 14 days of delivery. Include the email used at checkout, the item, and the reason. For damaged or defective items, include a photo.
2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Returns ship back to us in North Texas, USA — never to another country.
3. For change-of-mind returns, ship the item back within 14 days of our reply. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Return shipping costs

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we pay. We’ll send a prepaid return label, or let you keep the item if a return isn’t practical.
• Change of mind: you pay the return shipping cost. The original $5.99 shipping charge is not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
• There are no restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we issue the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to show it. We’ll email you when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

Want a different color instead? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll set it up.

Order cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Personalized orders can be cancelled for a full refund before we start printing.
