Where we ship

Orders ship from North Texas to addresses in the United States only. We don’t ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order on every product. It is shown as a separate line at Stripe checkout before you pay. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout. There are no other fees.

Processing and delivery times

Items are 3D-printed to order. Handling (printing, quality check, and packing) takes 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Personalized items start once you’ve confirmed your name/number and colors by email.

After an order ships, transit is typically 3–7 business days within the US, so most orders arrive 5–12 business days after you order. You’ll get tracking information by email when your order ships.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If tracking hasn’t moved in 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email info@custom3dtx.com (photos help for damage). We’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Bulk & custom

Bulk discounts are available on large orders of 10+ pieces. Custom colors beyond the listed options may be available — email info@custom3dtx.com with what you need.

Cheer earrings and bag tags can also be ordered with custom names or team text (and non-standard colors such as White or Black). Reach out to info@custom3dtx.com with color, name/team text, and quantity.

Returns & refunds

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded at our cost. Full details, including how to start a return: Returns & Refunds policy.
