What we collect

• Orders: when you check out, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, phone number (if provided), and payment details. We receive your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and order details so we can make and ship your order. We never see or store your full card number.
• Email list: if you sign up for our list, we collect your email address.
• Messages: if you email, call, or text us, we keep what you send so we can help you (for example, personalization details).
• Technical data: our website host (Cloudflare) may process basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance. We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To process payments, make, ship, and support your order, and handle returns and refunds
• To answer your questions and confirm personalization details
• To send email updates and offers if you joined our list (you can unsubscribe any time)
• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help run the shop — Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting), and our email provider — or when required by law.

Cookies

Our site doesn’t use advertising cookies. Stripe’s checkout pages use cookies needed for secure payments and fraud prevention; see Stripe’s privacy policy.

Keeping and protecting your information

We keep order records as long as needed for your order, returns, and tax and accounting requirements. Payments are handled on Stripe’s secure, encrypted checkout, and our site is served over HTTPS.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to remove you from our email list, by emailing info@custom3dtx.com. Our products aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
